Agroenvironmental Protocol: Greener Ethanol

The Agroenvironmental Protocol “Greener Ethanol” is committed to consolidating the sustainable development of the sugarcane sector and directing actions to overcome challenges posed by mechanized cane harvesting.

Tietê Agroindustrial (Paraiso and Ubarana) has obtained the “Greener Ethanol” certification, renewing its commitment to developing good production practices and always striving for sustainability in all processes, following the technical directives of the Agroenvironmental Protocol. These include the practice of 100% mechanized green harvest (without burning) since 2014, control of atmospheric emissions, protection of fauna and flora, and conscious use of natural resources.
