VHP SUGAR
All sugar production at Tietê Agroindustrial units is VHP.
Also called raw sugar, VHP has a high sucrose content, where it contains 99.4% pure sucrose and 0.6% impurities, and VHP sugar is normally transformed into refined white sugar for consumption.
Energy
By burning sugarcane bagasse, we begin our process of cogeneration of electrical energy. It is currently one of the sources with the greatest potential for growth in the national and international markets, as it is one of the main alternatives for diversifying the energy matrix. Our electrical energy production meets all internal “engine” loads and the surplus is sold.
Our energy cogeneration can currently supply a city with approximately 200 thousand inhabitants.
