Tietê Apprentice Program

We believe that we can build a better society from the development of human beings, and that we, as Tietê Agroindustrial, can play a leading role in the search for this society.

Therefore, in addition to internal programs aimed at preparing and developing our employees, we started the Apprentice program to contribute to a more prepared youth for the job market and, consequently, for the challenges that adult life may offer.

The Program lasts 16 months and takes place in partnership with the CIEE, where the Apprentice has the opportunity to experience in practice the activities of the corporate world, being a great opportunity for learning and career development, and after the end of the program there is the possibility of being hired in the company in strategic positions.
