Project: Basket of Goodness

*Charity basketball game between Tietê Agroindustrial and the professional basketball team, Bax Catanduva. All collected food items were donated to ARCOS (Association and Network for Social Cooperation – Catanduva-SP).

Tietê Agroindustrial believes in the power of sports to transform and bring out the best in individuals, primarily fostering socialization, resilience, and offering physical and mental health benefits. It doesn’t just impact the athlete; sports have the potential to transform society, proving that anything is possible with encouragement and a desire to do one’s best. With this in mind, we joined forces with the professional basketball team, BAX Catanduva, to organize our first charitable basketball game.

Despite free admission, attendees were encouraged to donate one kilogram of non-perishable food at the event’s entrance, and all donations were directed to Arcos (Association and Network for Social Cooperation – Catanduva), which serves over forty social organizations in Catanduva and the surrounding region.

Motivation, partnership, dedication, and teamwork were what led us to achieve our goal.
